Great option for working capital
Loved how fast the process was with Fundation. Applying was easy and almost entirely paperless. I liked that the process was online, but appreciated that someone at Fundation reached out thorough the progress of my loan.
Disappointing
We applied for and received a term loan two years ago with a fair APR. We paid off the loan (even through the pandemic) and are in good standing. We recently applied for a second loan and were turned down flat for "lack of established earnings" even though our cashflow has doubled since the first loan. When speaking to an agent about how this could be, she only repeated the same line and said there was nothing else she could do. And though I would be able to understand it more if we were a new customer, I don't understand how they are treating us as though we have no relationship. Highly disappointing.

I would highly suggest avoiding doing business with Quantum lending solutions at all costs. I established a line of credit with a company called Fundation in 2023 for my small business that recently merged with Quantum. January 2025 I spoke with a rep because i could see that my payment of 3k was not going to be able to be paid for the first time since 2023. She advised me that as a courtesy i was able to extend the payments on my 50k line of credit at any time to a max of 10 days after the due date of the 3rd without incurring a late payment. This was available at any time that i needed as long as it was no later than the 13th. I then utilized this in feb, march, may and august of 2025. I then tried to take a draw and have made multiple calls to them with no help as they now say that they cannot prove that i was told this information and my account is locked. This is the perfect example of a lender taking advantage of a small business and not holding up to their word. I wish that i had taken any other offer when setting up this line of credit. THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND UNAPOLOGETIC AND CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I am sick and tired of lenders thinking they are above everyone and my goal is to make them famous. I have a following on one of my shop owners page of 6k people that i am going to share my experience & ask them to share as well to help other shop owners avoid the snakes of this world identifying as QUANTUM LENDING SOLUTIONS.
