Great concept, but could do with becoming a bit easier to deal with!
I mean, the concept is good. You link up your account and they rescue some hidden money that you might have been able to otherwise find. In that regard, it's great. However, the 25% commission is fairly high, especially given the systems are presumably largely automated their end. I would also say that their online chat team to resolve issues is slow, sometimes just ignore you mid conversation, and leave you waiting for simple answers for far too long. Over the several years I have used them, there have been quite a few technical issues. I don't really have 45mins to speak with one guy, get essentially 'hung up on', then have someone else take over 20 mins to determine if my account is active or not and find out a simple issue. Come on guys!!

If Amazon loses your stock, Getida will swiftly get Amazon to reimburse you for it and take their 25% commission. Feels like a win right? Wrong. Most of the time Amazon will find your missing stock and reverse the reimbursement. Will Getida reverse their commission? No! They claim super fast to take advantage of this and Amazon find most lost stock. So in the end, you're losing not winning. Would be a great tool if not for this, but this is major.

I asked them why do I need their service, and they were not able to respond. Later, I found that Amazon started doing what they are doing automatically - no need to pay 25%. Also, they will take 25% of the reimbursement, but if Amazon later finds the lost inventory, I think they will not give you anything back.
Shocking policy changes and zero notice
We joined Getida when they promoted a $400 credit against invoices, only to find they’ve now quietly removed that offer with no warning. To make matters worse, they’ve introduced a minimum $50 charge if the invoice is under that amount. This means if they recover a small amount for you, you’re still forced to pay $50 – completely unfair and nowhere near what was originally agreed. It feels like a bait-and-switch: attract customers with a generous credit, then strip it away and add hidden fees. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs.

Have covertly added a "service fee" this month, which equates to about 5 times what they managed to reclaim from Amazon. Total joke of a company, I'd avoid!
