This review is for Donna (Aberdeen to Edinburgh Friday 26th September) I stupidly panicked at Aberdeen and locked myself out of app. Then to discover on the train l was suppose to get the tickets at Aberdeen train station. How to get refund for yearly subscription!
Hey! If you, like me, forgot to cancel your free trial and got charged a huge amount, then do this! Contact Liner through their "Contact Us" section on their website and write something saying that you live in the EU and are therefore eligible for a refund within 14 days of starting the paid subscription. That's what their terms and conditions say. If you don't say this, I don't think they accept any other reason to refund the amount. I hope this helps someone! x

I thought I was paying for a ten dollar monthly subscription and checked my bank account and they charged me 131 and change. Now I'm reading that you can't get a refund?
