This is the worst app available
This is the worst app available. It is pure trash. I am forced to use it with my boarding company, but dread having to do anything in the app. It's so poorly thought out and amateurish. It takes at least 20 steps to book an appointment. And then heaven forbid you have two dogs for boarding! For whatever reason, I have to pay the deposits separately for each dog on each reservation. Again, complete trash. Everything about it. This comes straight from their website. If you are a Gingr customer, our support team is here to help! * If you are trying to make a reservation or troubleshoot issues as a pet parent, please contact your pet-care services provider. We cannot help you. We cannot help you? WTF? There are 15 different ways you could have added that without sounding like you are complete unprofessional amateurs.
