She was so good, crazy fast, empathetic and nonjudgmental. Being 41 and so sick you can't brush your own hair is demoralizing. I needed my hair de-matted. She was JUST what I needed and all my fears and embarrassment just melted away immediately. I just really wanted to express my very deep appreciation. I am on my way to feeling like a human again! And the price was amazing! You have a gem of an employee there. I can't say thank you enough ❤️
Unacceptable Service: Late Arrival, Misrepresentation, and Refusal to Refund
This was one of the worst in-person service experiences I have had. The stylist assigned to my appointment stated that she does not use the app, which made it impossible for me to contact her through the platform. For a scheduled 5:30 PM appointment, the stylist arrived 40 minutes late. I was required to remain on the phone with customer service for over 30 minutes just to confirm whether the stylist would arrive at all. Once the appointment began, the service was extremely rushed and unprofessional. The stylist did not follow my provided inspiration photos, did not apply hairspray to my updo until I specifically asked, and completed the entire service in approximately 15 minutes. As a result, the hairstyle did not last through the event. Additionally, the stylist who arrived was not the individual shown on the app profile, which was both concerning and uncomfortable. When I requested to cancel the appointment and receive a refund due to the lateness, misrepresentation, and poor quality of service, I was told this was not possible. Overall, this was a highly disappointing, uncomfortable, and unacceptable experience that fell far below any reasonable standard of service. I am requesting this issue be formally reviewed and escalated.
