The Company provides pathetic customer support. If you are unlucky enough to have George Renson as your account manager if feel sorry for you. The company is not responsive to any request. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. A string and a can would be a better provider than GOCO.
False advertising for cost per month.
False advertising on home page and sub pages about cost per month. Advertised as starting at $18/mo for buiness VOIP services, but actually $18/mo per user. No asterisks, no fine print on the website explaining this on either of those two pages. I wasted valuable time speaking to a sales rep only to find the cost would be double what we expected to pay due to this. When I pointed out this inaccuracy and asked if the company would honour the advertised price, I was told they would not.
