If I could give Grav 0 stars I would. I ordered a small glass piece and it never arrived. They use DHL, which is notorious for drivers stealing packages. I contacted them because it was never delivered. No response, no one responds via email and their 1-800 number says it’s busy and to email. I finally had to go through my bank.

This company is at the very bottom of customer service. A repeat customer, I made a mistake on an order, and followed the instructions on the site, which, of course, has no phone #. My message admitted that the wrong size ordered was my fault, and asked about an exchange. I got an email auto reply, that they would be in touch within 48 hours, "unless it was a holiday or weekend". That was 5/5, and now it's 5/11, and these losers still haven't replied. They're products are also all chinese produced...maybe they figure you'll smoke some chinese fentanyl, and die before your report that they don't respond to customers.
