No issues with this company at all.
It would appear a lot of the reviews on here have problems with subscriptions and delivery times. I’ve used Healthspan for a few years and I don’t have a subscription… I order as and when I need and maybe that’s why I don’t have any issues with this company. From order to delivery is about 5-7 days (in my experience), so again, I find that acceptable. I believe the products are doing their job… so overall, I’m quite happy with this company.

I had an excellent experience. Got a good deal on Mollers Cod Liver Oil. It was easy enough to buy without a subscription. And the delivery was quicker than expected. Five stars.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a prompt and effective response to my call to customer services about help with cancelling my mother’s subscription in my capacity as her attorney. I was advised as to the steps to take and the information to provide in an email to await a call back from Customer Services. I was called later the same day by a supervisor who listened to my concerns and acted upon them, resolving all the issues. All in all I had a very positive customer service experience. The supervisor fully addressed my concerns and followed our call with email confirmation of agreed actions 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service!

Writing in response to reviews I read… much improvement
Writing in response to reviews I read when I also was trying to unsubscribe from a repeat order. I agree that Healthspan's idea of having no way on-line to unsubscribe is more than annoying (hence checking Trustpilot) but theor WatsApp connection worked fast and I also recieved an immediate email confirmation (requested by me). It is also possible now to unsubscribe to the regular emails they send - there is an virtually invisible link at the bottom of the emails. I have yet to see whether that works. It is still impossible to self remove credit card details. I could request that, but it would be impossible to know as it's not visible on our personal accounts. All in all I would say they are clearly listening to these reviews and acting on them to give a better service. It would be great if they could address all the issues...

No call back from the company for an explanation
The only reason I am giving this company a 3 and not a 1 is the lovely customer service support team, a young lady called Kayleigh. I had a problem with Omega skin & coat for dogs and cats. The new batch had changed, not only were the capsules smaller but had different ingredients, they were white in colour and more like a cream, hasten to say my dogs did not like it and refused to eat it. The old product had more oil and looked like the colour of fish oil and my little dogs loved it. I phoned them and Kayleigh on Customer services informed me she thought the ingredients were the same, but as I told Kayleigh dogs have an exceptionally good sense of smell & taste, far superior to humans, thanks to millions more scent receptors. I gave details of the batch number and informed her of the problem and she told me I would receive a phone call from the tech team. I never did get a phone call or an explanation. I will not be ordering any more Omega skin & coat. I did my own research and found that fish oil prices have gone up significantly due to supply chain issues, climate change affecting fish stocks. So a large company like this would source cheaper alternatives to make a profit. It would have been nice for them to give me a call and explain the finer detail of my issue.
