We have been living here in the same house since the estate opened in 1988. It is a well kept area, with easy access to schools, shops, bus routes and motorways. The whole estate has recently undergone refurbishment and updates in order to maximise potential for the discerning tenant. Whilst there have been issues, as is the case with all housing, private or tenanted, invariably they are dealt with expediently. Management are easy to talk to and professional.
