OUTSTANDING and RECOMMENDED
Having used HUNGRIG.se a number of times (6) I have had no delays or issues. I have got hot and fresh food even in the worst of conditions of snow storm and -20 deg C. On the occasion of the snow storm the driver called personally and explained he was delayed but the food was not in the 'back of the car going cold' and true to his word it arrived warm. I love the ability to order the food I want from the locals I love and have it delivered to my door. I HAVE ALREADY recommended them to several friends and they have had similar great experiences. Don't believe all the haters, they do what they promise, food on time, fresh and hot delivered to your front door . EXCELLENT and RECOMMENDED

One star cause I can’t make it zero
One star cause I can’t make it zero. Food always delivered one hour late, no notifications, tonight not delivered at all. Drivers call your phone every time and ask you to come out to the other side of the street so they don’t have to leave their car, and all of this for extra 70sek it’s just not worth it at all.
Poor support... cost me 350sek!
Contacted for support since the restaurant I ordered from worked through them. The restaurant told us just to contact hungrig so they could do the change in the system. Change not done and lost 350 sek. I won't get that money back...
Terrible service
Terrible service! Long waiting time, which the employee we were in contact with ment was perfectly normal. Why are there estimated waiting times if they know it's gonna take way longer?.... We did finally get the food, however it would probably taste better if it was still hot. Do not recommend!!!

This is how you lose a regular customer. It is incredible. I just moved to my new house. I open Hungrig and the app asks me when I open it, "Would you like to change location", so naturally, I did change my location. I then order some food, and boom, they send the order to the old address. I contacted support and ask them what happened there, I told them the app asked me to change my location but still send it to the old one, and support just said, "We are sorry but cannot give you your food, and we cannot give you a refund" I have always had problems with Hungrig that I let pass, but now Im done. Bye Bye Hungrig!
