InBank has the ABSOLUTE WORST on-line access system I have ever experienced. Among other things, once I have used a texted access code and entered my password there is absolutely NO REASON to wait for a second access code that never comes and then be denied access.

Raton ,NM Bank on South Raton. Employees are unprofessional. They have always in peopled personal access. They gossip of who has lot of cash. I'm treated like criminal. Debra vigil, armijo guy. And others approach me at ATM. I use wafd debt card. Give me hard time. Very imbarrassing. It'bad for business. All don't respect privacy. Treat people wrong.
Not the good old bank I started with...
This bank is new and is a takeover of Legacy Bank. We have enjoyed Legacy Bank for many years as it had a small town bank feel. We closed our accounts at INBANK a couple of days ago, The first thing the new bank did was to start charging $3 for paper statements. Next they charged me $10 because the average daily balance of my account was less than $1500. I called and talked to an assistant manager and complained. He listened and said a $1500 balance requirement was not unreasonable. I told him that banks were not safe and I always keep the least I can because of possible Bail-ins. I got the old "You are insured up to $250,000 by FDIC". He is right but the FDIC has about 200 billion to cover over three trillion in individual deposits. So anyway, I never heard back from the guy named Josh. It's been over a month since he promised to get back to me. Bank runs have started. We closed our INBANK accounts and opened accounts in a much safer credit union.
