We work with the Guildford branch of InXpress and are very impressed with them! In the time since Brexit, they have been very helpful and informative. During a socially-distanced walkthrough of WebShip and the InXpress service as a whole, Ross told us that they will always answer the phone within 3 rings - and he wasn't kidding! The WebShip portal is well designed, easy to use without being patronisingly simple. They are good about keeping up with the times, and they ensure that any changes made to the website are clear and as unintrusive as possible.
InXpress Tonbridge team & Webship+
We deal with the InXpress Tonbridge team on a regular basis and they always provide 100% customer service, cannot fault them. However, having tried the new webship+ online booking system today, I think this is going to take some getting used to. Far too many options available when you enter a quote and then it takes a while to find the one you actually want. Much prefer the old system where you selected the options as you went along. I'm sure it'll grow on me.
