Itransition: The 3,000-Developer Behemoth You've Never Heard Of
A $313M revenue engine hiding in plain sight. Here's the data-driven breakdown.
In a market saturated with boutique agencies and VC-funded dev shops, Itransition operates on a different scale entirely. With 1,545 employees and $313.6M in revenue, this isn't a startup—it's a mature, cash-flowing engineering machine. But the traffic data reveals a fascinating paradox: massive revenue, modest web presence.
"This is a company that wins on execution, not SEO. Their traffic numbers are modest, but their revenue is massive—that's the hallmark of an enterprise-focused B2B player."
The Enterprise Paradox
Itransition's traffic profile screams 'enterprise-first.' With only 116K monthly visits but $313M in revenue, they're clearly not chasing volume. Their top keywords—'how to secure backup file to cloud react-native' and 'software user support plan'—reveal a technical, problem-solving audience rather than brand seekers. This is a company that lands large contracts through relationships and referrals, not content marketing.
The Scale Play
With 3,000+ developers in their pool and 1,545 employees, Itransition has achieved the scale that most agencies dream of. Their revenue-per-employee ratio (~$203K) suggests they're operating in the mid-to-upper tier of IT services—likely charging premium rates for specialized enterprise work. The lack of funding data indicates they've been bootstrapped or profitable for years, avoiding the VC hamster wheel.
The leadership team is stable and experienced: Alex Demichev (CEO), Vladislav Nikitin (CTO), Mikalai Hanusevich (CFO), and Andrey Kalganov (Head Department). This isn't a revolving door of execs—it's a mature leadership team that's been steering the ship for years. The Trustpilot rating of 2.7/5 from only 6 reviews suggests they're not focused on public reputation management, which aligns with their enterprise B2B model.
- Enterprise revenue engine: $313M from 1,545 employees = $203K revenue/employee
- Traffic-light, revenue-heavy model: 116K visits vs. $313M revenue = $2,694 revenue per monthly visitor
- Technical audience: Top keywords are solution-focused, not brand-focused
- Mature leadership: Stable C-suite with decades of combined experience
- Scale without hype: No VC funding, no flashy PR—just steady growth
The Anti-Startup: Profit Over Hype
Itransition represents the old-school enterprise IT services model that still works—deliver massive value to large clients, keep your head down, and let revenue compound. In a world obsessed with growth hacking and SEO, they're playing a different game entirely.

It's free if you have two months
Got a lot of tasks and some, not very detailed, instructions. It was not what I expected, honestly, but it was difficult and I learn a lot in the process. I got an inteview after I finished the my project, but my terms ware not satisfied (I want to relocate to USA or Canada).
Avoid their intern developer course. It is a waste of time.
After successfully completing their internship they will tell you "Unfortunately, we cannot make you an offer at the moment." They have no job vacancy but posting internship circular in job site again and again for collecting and selling peoples data to third party.
PHP exam with company filled with errors
Took a PHP exam with this company, and the test was filled with errors. There were typos, incorrect terminology, many mistakes, questions with mutiple answers (though only one answer was possible). When I gave feedback about the issues, they stated there were no errors in the questions or answers - despite several cases where their terminology directly opposed that found in the official PHP documentation. Extremely unprofessional attitude from the company, and if the quality of the entrance test is so poor, I can only image how low the quality of the company itself must be.
