This is September 22nd. Monday I would like to do a review on Michelle Robinson. Store number 1135. My first impression of this young lady is a very memorable one. On today when I went in to get my usual order Ginger smoothie. She was very helpful knowing what I wanted and fix my order perfect she has excellent customer service here. And she knows how to interact well but the customers that come in and out the door. I am very honored to do this review on Michelle Robinson Manager at Jamba 1135 store

Smoothies are to die for
Jamba is one of my favorites! The staff is really friendly which is also why I keep on coming back. The smoothies are to die for. I could have a Peanut butter moo'd smoothie every day if I can. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. Thanks, Jamba!
If you buy the metal Jamba Juice cup, it doesn’t hold a large and a medium doesn’t fill it. Also, wash it at home first, no discount for drink in and brand new, it tastes tin-like.
I would normally give them all 5 stars as our state doesn’t have Jamba Juice so we buy 1 or 2 each of us over a weekend every month and take one home. This weekend, I needed something to keep mine cooler than a regular cup and the special Jamba Juice brand Green Metal Medium-Large cups, I thought, would do the trick and that part worked - it was fairly cold still when we arrived home 6 hours later. You can imagine my disappointment however, when I got home and mine has a little “tin-like” taste. If the $19.99 cup needs to be washed first and I want a drink in it, they should let me know it should be washed first if that is why there was a tin taste. I wouldn’t expect them to do it, but I would have ordered a regular cup and just drank mine on the way home this time. For $19.99, why don’t you offer a discount for getting a drink in it by the way?! For that, which wasn’t even full, and one of our own mugs filled, and one large drink, the cheapest drink was $7 and half off it for a new app promotion, the rest was $20. So I paid over $40. I looked at the receipt and I paid for a medium drink to go in my new Jamba mug, if it only holds a medium, you should tell people too. I would have ordered an additional drink to drink on the way home instead of anticipating what was less than usual when we got home. Again, we don’t have Jamba Juice in our state.
Unsanitary store clerk
I bought an acai bowl today. The clerk, according to the receipt, was Monique. She looked unkempt, tired and was wearing a very dirty T-shirt with which she wiped her hands. The T-shirt was stained with food stains. Doesn't JJ have uniforms or aprons for the clerks? It should. She did wear plastic gloves to make my bowl. Otherwise, I would have stopped her and asked for a refund. Further, a young boy was seated at one of the tables, playing on a cell phone. Obviously, her boy. The business establishment doubles as a baby-sitting service?
