Edited 5.17.25 I am changing this from my 2 start to a 5 star based on the following information. After posting this review I took a deeper dive into how to reach customer support and found an email address. I received prompt response and had a full refund credited back to me within an hour of my email. I can' task for better than that. I do recommend NOT using their chat feature for help if you don't find quick responsiveness. But I am satisfied that they did understand my situation and were quick to cancel my subscription and refund my money. My rating is based on that customer service interaction. I did not get a full opportunity to deep dive into the tool itself. I initially subscribed to explore the platform for professional use. However, before I could fully evaluate its capabilities, a significant shift in priorities required me to step away from the exploration. Nine months later—having forgotten about the subscription—I received a renewal charge of $500 for another year of service, despite no longer being with the company or having a need for the product. I attempted to contact support immediately upon seeing the charge, but found no phone number available—only a chat feature. It has now been over 24 hours with no response. This lack of customer service is disappointing and suggests a low priority on customer experience. When I am ready to invest in a tool like this again, I will be seeking a provider that demonstrates a stronger commitment to supporting its users. Unfortunately, Jasper has not met that standard.
