I had no idea how bad they are.
I wish I looked at this website before placing my order!! I ordered before Christmas, waited two weeks with no contact. I contacted them, they took a week to respond and told me they had refunded me but there must have been a glitch with their website not telling me. I said I still wanted the items that were still in stock but were now more expensive. It took a week to get a response back that didn’t answer my questions. I wrote back again asking to purchase the items for the same price as I did the first time. After a week, they replied and said if I purchased again then they would refund the difference. So I ordered and I got the refund. Dress turns up in the mail and it’s the wrong dress. I cannot understand the incompetency of this business.

Don't believe their sale
I ordered 12 items on boxing day sale and got the confirmation of my purchase straight away. I checked my bank account and it was clear that I paid the correct amount. I didn't receive any email regarding of the shipping and sent 3 emails to Jeans West support after 2 weeks. They finally replied to me and said they didn't get my order as part of IT glitch. I work in IT and I don't believe it. They said they are going to refund my mooney without knowing how much I paid. How come they can see how much I paid but they couldn't see my order. I replied back to them and said my order was gifts and if I want to order them again as full price it's going to be expensive for me. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything after that and they refunded my money. It is a shame I got this after 3 times follow up.
Poor Support & online store
Placed an order online during Boxing Day Sales 2024 item tracking was never sent emailed support office twice asking where parcel was. Asked my partner to help track down how to dispute etc was about to proceed with a charge back via PayPal and noticed my account was in credit of the exact amount already refunded a few day ago for the item I purchased with no update from Jeans West lucky my money came back but really poor poor service . & notifications from them . Yet item still show up online for sale in size I order. Will take my money elsewhere and find a better jacket
Awful customer service
They seem to have reasonable quality products, but unfortunately when I recently purchased some items as a gift for someone, I only recieved less than half my order. I contacted Jeanswest regarding this issue who then just refunded me without saying anything at all to me. They finally acknowleged my contact about a week later (unclear explanation and not helpful). I understand that there may have been an issue with the website and maybe stock wasnt actually avaliable (if this was the cause, I was not given a clear explanation), but to not even tell me is horrible customer service. I then left a review of this on their website and have just recieved notifcation they Jeanswest deleted the reviews.
