It normally do unfair trade practices. I ordered a set of baton/tubelight of 2 pcs and received only one. Lodged complaint, share photos , pursued but they didn't took any action. These seem to made for cheating only.

Poor Refund Experience with JioMart – Highly Disappointing Customer Service In my experience, JioMart has repeatedly failed to refund the amount I paid online. I have placed orders multiple times, and on every occasion, I have faced issues with refunds for amounts shown in the bill. The customer care service has been extremely disappointing. Their explanations do not match the information displayed in their system, and despite sending screenshots multiple times as proof, my refund issue remains unresolved. This repeated experience has seriously damaged my trust in JioMart. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact customer care and submit the same evidence to recover their own money. My advice to other customers: Be cautious when making advance online payments through JioMart until you are confident that refund issues will be handled properly. I hope the company takes these complaints seriously and improves its refund process and customer support.
JioMart is a very bad shopping…
JioMart is a very bad shopping plateform. I have been ordered Nat habit soaps on 30 Sep 26 order which was to be delivered on 5 oct. However after 5 oct order is still under process. JioMart shows very low price items but items were not available with them. They keep my money 6 days and now I cancel my order refund will take 5-6 days in processing total 10-12 days they held my money. Please don't buy from them they're a cheater.
