Oven tray warps after only 3 months of use. When you contact the company re the warranty they will replace the item but not cover shipping costs. They charge more for shipping the replacement than the tray costs to buy new. Complete rip off DO NOT recommend to anyone to deal with this company.

0 stars would be a more apt description. Bought a vacuum from this "company," which then broke 6 months later. Still under warranty, of course, however, they sold their vacuum dept. so somehow I cannot get a refund in spite of me purchasing it whilst under their supervision. This company will cease to exist by end of 2025.

My first toaster made in Canada lasted 35 years. Kalorik get their items for a few dollars from China. I have had two Kalorik toasters that lasted a couple of years. They can't be repaired. I see everything they make is Junk.

I bought Kalorik air fryer mini oven at the end of September and within weeks the inside was corroded /rusted I tried registering the warranty but was told items bought in the UK were not covered. I tried contacting the company by email but has no answers. I have other electrical for years that are still in excellent condition but this has been awful right from the start. Shame I can't add a photo DON'T buy Kalorik!
