During my employment
During my employment, I experienced ongoing concerns involving training, management treatment, and workplace conduct. I was bullied and harassed by an employee that used the supervisor to scrutinize employees. The supervisor was selective about if , when and who she applied company policy towards. regarding my responsibilities. The employee identified as my trainer, refused to a train and nothing was done. Made HR aware then I was terminated.

Do not EVER do any business with these fools, they were paid to deliver a pallet (it came from China) and when it got here they decided it was too big (they were given the dimensions from China) and the wanted £1,360.00 EXTRA from me to deliver it (they'd already been paid), a company near me are collecting it and charging me £450.00, they've made it very hard work
Give ZERO star if I could
First of all, STAY FAR AWAY from KN. Worst logistics provider ever. Shipped 2 pallets from US to UK by air. One went to UK, the other ended up in France. We gave them a second chance of air shipment. That time, it took over 3 weeks to deliver. No follow-ups fromKN. This company just wants your money without providing any basic service or communication. They carry out so-called logistics service whenever they feel like it, and the rest, it’s up to the customers to struggle to find out whereabout of the cargoes. KN rarely replies back emails, nor pick up phone calls. Customer service is non-existent. Joke of a company. Read Wiki for how they grew bigger during the 1940’s.
Very poor service
Very poor service, and I would not recommend this company. They were booked to collect 5 pallets but only collected 4. When I contacted them about the remaining pallet, my emails went unanswered, and none of the phone numbers listed for the company work. The 4 pallets they did collect are now 2 weeks overdue and still have not been delivered. There has been no communication or update at any point. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using this company.
