Happy 2012 free customer.
It seems I am one of the few satisfied users. Since 2012, I have used the free option (less than 100 links). Yes, there was a temporary outage once, but I other services had similar breeches. Hint: I don't store any financial sites of any kind on any password manager.
Mostly works
This service works at most places but not all. Many of the apps can't auto fill the required info from LastPass. If multiple credentials are stored, it just keeps on popping up the unwanted one first and there is no way to set a default for this.
Good password manager, but has issues
Very good password manager software, but it definitely has major flaws and annoyances. One big issue for me is not being able to add multiple URLs for a password like I can with Bitwarden.

Subscription was automatically renewed despite being cancelled
I cancelled my subscription through the app before it was automatically renewed, but the subscription was renewed anyway. LastPass Support claims that I had a different type of subscription, which could not be renewed through the app, which I was not aware of and which it did not say anywhere. The app also did not give any indication that the cancellation was not confirmed. Lastpass Support seems to be unwilling to accept that there is an error in their app. Also, the app's interface and how it interacts with other apps (e.g. autofilling passwords) is not great and sometimes even annoying.
