Order never arrived, no refunds, customer service hides behind a bit
Order never arrived, and wasn’t to be found around the building, which is perfectly accessible from the street. I contacted their customer service just to receive this automated answer: Thank you for your message about your order #TFJHH8. The courier made several attempts to contact you before leaving your order in a safe place. Your order will be in one of the following locations, depending on your property type: - The order will have been left at your front door. - If the courier was unable to gain access to your apartment building, it will be placed in the front of the apartment building, where the doorbell is. Unfortunately, in this case we cannot offer a refund or compensation. We appreciate you reaching out and giving us the opportunity to assist with your request. Terrible company
Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Everything about them is terrible. I ordered food and i never received anything. The customer service meant the driver was there even though i was at the place the whole time. Never use this terrible application. Find another one guys

Money kept for food never delivered.
Order never arrived. Driver did not ring or call. Delivery confirmation PIN is missing from their system, yet refund was refused with automated templates. Unacceptable customer service. App deleted.

Just go for Wolt or Ubereats
So I had emailed infolieferando.de 2 weeks ago about my food not arriving and still no response. Therefore, I decided to write them through their social media and within a minute they decided that they cannot issue a refund. I will for sure report them to state agencies because the amount of people getting scammed by them is ridicilous. I wish I knew the comments before. Looks like they wanna lose customers. Btw I have never had annnny problem with the delivery guys not finding my apartment from Ubereats or Wolt. For those who are interested this was my case where I got victimized: “Hello, I really have to complain here about an absolute impudence that I have today (10. June 2026) with your service. I ordered from Burgermeister EberswalderEssen (order number: D7GCT6). I was at home the whole time. My doorbell didn't ring once! Instead, the central number calls and claims that he can't reach me. I immediately open the door – and the guy just ran away. What kind of working is this? When I then quite rightly complained about the live chat, the next shock came: I was seriously told there to set off myself in this shitty rainy weather and pick up my food from the restaurant. I paid for a delivery to my front door! To tell me in pouring rain that I should do the work of your driver myself and then also refuse me a refund is a bottomless impudence. You didn't do your job, but you want to keep my money? I didn't receive my food. I demand my money (€16.78) back to my card immediately! Otherwise I will contact the competent authorities and the consumer center. I expect a quick response.”
