UPDATED: The initial experience was as Described HOWEVER I must say that this company takes its customer service very seriously!! After describing my problem to a higher level supervisor, they worked very diligently to be able to resolve the issue. An extremely fair resolution was given and I would gladly use this company again as well as recommend them for their services. Great job guys!! I wish that more companies recognized the value of customer service as you have. I can't wait until my next booking. After looking at several travel sites, I found liligo. It was a huge scam. I was redirected to flightsbank.com. I found excellent pricing, only to wake up to an email that I had successfully cancelled my flight. Of course, I hadn't made any such cancellation. When I called customer service, I was told it was a glitch in their program and this almost never happens. When asked if they would honor the pricing that was reserved, they would not and actually stated that if they did, they would be losing money. Bait and switch!!! Beware and run!! Stick with better websites that have a longer reputation.
