I have no words!!
I have no words! I cant believe I had beautiful hair all along, from the first use.. this stuff is absolutely amazing. I only got the 3 steps, i dont own a hair dryer or diffuser. I read up and saw ppl saying to use leave in spray on soaking wet hair.. I did that then just shook my head and let dry. I cant go anywhere without ppl complimenting my hair!! It is so sad to see bad reiews based on ordering from suspect sites.. i never order from ads.. i always google and order direct. Id give 10 stars if i could! Brushing used to rip out a lot of hair, now almost No hair loss!!! Awesome products!!
The products are absolutely amazing
The products are absolutely amazing. They really go the distance to with their how to videos and amazing customer service. I’ve been given free products because I ordered the wrong one in error. Well worth the money. I’m hooked now.
Product has Changed!!
I have used this three-step product line for nearly a decade. What happened??? The step two is really waxy and heavy and the step three is completely different—it’s watery, and turns my hair into a crunchy mess. So disappointed.
Leaving after a decade.
I used these products for over a decade. I swore by them. I don't know whose bright idea it was to change it, but now it's garbage. You no longer have sets of products for different types of curly hair. Curly hair is not one size fits all. The conditioners now trash. The website is cumbersome and hides products. The scrunchie that I just received is a joke! I literally feel like they just stole like $70 from me. Trying to pretend they were selling the same products. Shame on LUS.

To my curly girl sisters, I've been using this product for a long time. I recently purchased the conditioner and the all-in-one it left my hair extremely dry as I use a method.. did they change the formula? Sad to say.. I have a 4C so I spend a lot of time with my routine the all-in-one has been my favorite. It seems like the formula has changed and left my hair very very dry and frizzy....
