Customer service is Nil

I purchased a body butter that ended up getting mold. I reached out to the customer service a total of four times- twice through the link on their website, once through Facebook, and once through Instagram. Never got a peep regarding the issue (and to me, a healthcare item that gets mold is a pretty big issue). I even provided a photo with the label- nothing. I love their products for the most part, but this was seriously discouraging and disappointing. Their products are not cheap. I did get it resolved through my local store(independently owned as far as I know) but the lack of response showed the mother company’s true colors. I absolutely will not be ordering anything online, and will stick to my local store, who knows how to take care of a customer.
