This is by far the most toxic organization I've ever been to. They pay is low for the amount of employees who are overworked, made to work late, and work weekends. This is mostly due to understaffing and poor management. The CEO Mahesh Malneedi makes it a point to get directly involved with the affairs of this employees, and not in a positive way. Overall, the company's priorities are out of whack. Profit is the only drives, no thought to how decisions will affect the employees.
