The construction is progressing well but I do not have the contact that I would like in order to be comfortable that everything is in order
Overall it has been a very good experience.
Overall it has been a very good experience buying with Matexi. The salesperson are polite and responsive, the customer representative is dynamic and responsive as well. We are updated with the status of construction and other details from time to time. Their suppliers are reputed players in the market and very helpful as well. So overall a good experience. Couple of remarks - their is undue pressure sometimes to finalize the tiles in one visit of one hour for instance. This however can be done easily in 2-3 weeks. Same with some other suppliers depending on their workload but not with everyone. - they should have someone which looks at a bigger picture like an interior designer ( maybe with a paid service) so that it is helpful in choosing tiles or doors or kitchen or lights etc matching with the theme. You don’t build houses everyday. - there was one thing in particular specific to our house where there is a window on a common wall. We were not informed of it earlier and that could be a deal breaker for us in an otherwise very good property.

I strongly advise to stay away from Matexi projects. You will spare yourself lots of headache due to bad execution, long delay in delivery and lots of trouble.

We had a terrible experience with Matexi: misleading information when purchasing the house, unexpected increase in prices, they were lying at many occasion and do not recognize the issues in the house. I would recommend to find yourself a good expert and lawyer from the start if you intend to buy from Matexi. You should have a discussion with a lawyer before signing the project to know your rights.
