While the editor certainly has its issues, every problem I've reported has been replied to by someone helpful and professional, and that's what makes me stick around. One of the best supports I ever experienced
This is my second review I write about Medal and I have yet again have to say that I am generally really surprised (in a very good way) how great the support team behind Medal is. I ran into an issue on Christmas Eve preventing me from reliably using Medal. After contacting support, I received a response within 15 minutes and this on F***ING CHRISTMAS EVE!!! A public holiday in the majority of the world! So a lot of respect to Tim, thank you for your help and time! Merry Christmas to you bro and I hope you get paid very well to be online and helping out users instead of celebrating!

App good, Support Great
The app overall is good, i dont pay for any of the premium features becuase just being able to record at normal 1080 or 1440p at 30-60fps for free is great. But medal really shines in their support, i had a problem, and they responded within <5 minutes of be submitting the ticket, which ensued in an email chain back and forth which all got responeded to within 1-2minutes each email. Much like just live chat or phone call Much better than some other websites or apps where everytime you respond to them they take anywhere from 2-7 business days to respond Support Agent "Jordan Chace" is 5 star
