With the bad reviews i was very concerned but i have no complaints. I order on the Wednesday and recieved the goods on Friday. Great service and delivery!!
Taking money before order fulfilled
My first two orders for mounjaro were fairly smooth, but trying to change to Wagovy because of the cost, I currently have two orders on hold with full payment taken out of my bank account ( over £200) and I can’t get a response from Medexpress. Going to give it another couple of weeks then try to get a refund. I would rather have the medication as I’ve lost 2stone over approximately 5 month on the lowest dose of mounjaro by intermittent fasting, moving more and trying to cut right back on processed food. I’ve also reversed my type 2 diabetes. I have a low dose and a higher dose of Wagovy on order ( long story) but as I said zero communication from Medexpress.

Feeling gaslighted by Medexpress. They messaged me telling it was time to reorder & when I did they wouldn’t prescribe. Just had another message asking me to reorder. It’s too late now I’ve ordered through Ashcroft pharmacy no issues & was also much cheaper. So thanks for driving me away

You just can't get a reply from anyone
You just can't get a reply from anyone, they keep your order for ages and when you try to email them to find why it's not prescribed you just get an automated email from support. There's no phone number to call them on and they are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday, absolutely rubbish company, even lost my order as they send it out by royal snail and it took over 2 weeks for them to remedy it. Don't bother using this company, they take your money quick enough and then don't give a toss.
