This is an exceptional company. Our high chair has broken twice in the past three years (I have two little boys who are really rough on, well, everything). Lalo has replaced the broken parts without question. Their customer service is warm, competent, and fast. I also love this chair. It looks good in our house and is simple to use, easy to wash. Highly recommend.
