Customer service nonexistent I wish I looked up the reviews. Feels like forever21 quality for 10x the price. Overall one big scam I wish instagram would take them down.
Horrible experience
Disappointed with the customer service. My preorder was delayed without proper communication, and when I followed up (after being ignored), I was told I was the reason for delays. No apology, just passive-aggressive responses. If you can’t deliver on time, own it — don’t blame your customers.
Terrible website and worse customer service
I placed an order for a size Large in a top and pant. They switched it to an XXSmall in both. I immediately contacted them to switch the size which they refused. They told me to exchange it but then when they finally shipped the 2 items, they marked it Final Sale so that I can’t even exchange it. Customer service does not get back to me.

I wish I had read the other reviews here first before shopping at Miaou. A top I wanted was pre-order and I saw their return policy of 14 days after order placement (not after being received), so I emailed to ask if I could receive an extension due to the pre-order BEFORE placing my order. They said sure, no problem! Well, I received the shirt and it didn’t fit. Emailed them back and asked if I could please return it and they said of course- but only for store credit. When I pointed out in the SAME email chain that the customer service rep who first answered me never mentioned that giving me an extension meant I would only receive store credit, they straight up lied and said that had always been the case. This is exactly why I wrote into them before placing my order, to make sure something like this wouldn’t happen. I’ll never be ordering from them again… incredibly poor customer service. Also, if you order during a “flash sale” they’ll tell you can only receive store credit for returns, despite their website not stating the difference between a “flash sale” and regular sale. They’ve had their summer sale going for weeks now and when I wanted to return items they, yet again, told me store credit only because it was a “flash sale”. “Flash” implies fast, quick, unexpected. You are auto-opted into sales like this without having to use a discount code, so you do not have a choice, you are forced into returning for store credit only during these sales. They’re so unwilling to return your money it’s almost laughable.
Refund issues
Bought three items using a gift card and the remaining balance on my credit card. One of the items was out of stock. They wanted to return it to a gift card instead of giving me my money back on my credit card, which is just wrong. When I brought this up to them they said “we have to return to a gift card bc that’s the payment method you used first.” What?? No company has ever said this, and of course I used the gift card first because I had to. It seems like a scam to not return your money to you. On top of that, I had to reach out to see why my order hadn’t shipped in a week for them to realize that the item was out of stock, but they had already taken my money. On top of that, one of the items I did receive had snags all over it. Don't shop here.
