Hello Souhail! Sometime our integration with third-party websites such as YouTube and Netflix can be broken when they make changes on their end. We actively monitor this and prioritise fixing those issues when they come up, with patches usually released within a few days. We also have a notification system in both the extension and mobile apps where we can notify users when issues arise so they know what's up and that we're working on a fix. This happens from time to time, but it's not the status quo :) If you haven't already reported your issue with subtitle visibility, please let us know (it may have been fixed already)!
