Customer support replied once and then blanked me after consistent follow up, I was trying to claim the guarantee- don’t trust this company
The Worst Customer Service ever
The Worst Customer Service ever! Phones are never answered! CS is non existent! Miir makes very bad quality products ( Tumblers) that get rusted out and the finish comes off due to a very bad curing process! But Miir does not care about their Customers nor their Products! That why they have very bad Google Reviews as well as Very Bad Pilot Trust Reviews as well!

Hi, a few months in and hand washing only, my Miir mug has gone brown (rust?) and lost the tarnish lining finish. Have sent three emails to the Hello@ as instructed. Not received even an acknowledgement. Wont be buying Sub standard products or customer support again from Miir. Avoid.
