Rebranded to Studio.com, Steals the IP of Students

Rebranded to Studio.com - their promise of "lifetime access" is total BS. You'll finish your course, submit your work - then lose access to both the course materials and your own submitted work/property and they will never restore your access or refund your money. I tried for a month (ironic huh?) to get their IT to restore access - ended up losing access to my entire account, not just the course. Then they wanted me to film a video of myself trying to log in, including logging into my personal email. NO. This is when I asked for my money back and they hid behind Paypal's "maximum 180 days have passed, sorry, we'd love to refund you but we can't". I filed a complaint against them with the BBB and they didn't even respond, and have stopped even pretending to restore my access now. I wish all the experts who have worked with them would see how they steal the intellectual property of their students and demand better.
