I would give no stars it was an option
I would give no stars it was an option. I went on their website to purchase some music that they appeared to have. I was asked to give my credit card details before I could do a proper search. I then found that they didn’t have the music I wanted. I then forgot about it, but noticed a few days later that they had removed £150 from my bank. I contacted them straight away and they offered a partial refund.h I said I wanted a full refund and they have ignored all my emails since.
Terrible! Scam. Avoid!
I've had the same experience as others here. I bought a score and then found I was signed up to an expensive subscription. It is not possible to manage this on the musescore website, it was only when I received an email from PayPal informing me of this that I was made aware. Musescore do not inform you of charges nor send you an email confirming, they just set you up without your permission. This must be illegal. I've ended up deleting my PayPal account to stop them from stealing my money.
Fraud
My wife tried to buy a sheetmusic and we accidentally noticed from credit card logs that a premium subscription was charged (€69,99). She tried to contact the assistance and they said the subscription is not found. It's not visible also when she logs in but the payment is real and no refund is done so far. Stay away, really shady business

They don't respond to my refund request
I already had a subscription that was supposed to give me access to one course per month. However, when I tried to start a new course, I was automatically charged an annual subscription of $200. I cancelled it immediately and tried to request a refund, but I couldn't through their form. I contacted them by email, but four days later, I still haven't received a response. It's a shame that a company so well-known to musicians treats its customers this way. I used both the software and the website every day, but now I'm afraid to use it.
