The Mychef Ibake is the heart and soul of our production. As the only cook in a small business, I need every advantage i can get. Having a consistent “Ferrari” of an oven is crucial. The last thing I want to worry about it any deviations while baking. Our cookies are crispy outside and gooey inside thanks to the bake. Our cheesecakes are ultra creamy thanks to the bake. You can upload you recipes with exact baking times, temperatures and even humidity level, for a reliable and consistent production. One of the coolest functions is that I can begin baking something for the app. When I am running around to meetings or have to pick up some ingredients, I load up the oven and begin baking on my way back to the kitchen. This saves times and makes the production more efficient. One last things, which most people hate, is cleaning your oven. All you do is pop in the soap and use the easy to use interface and pick the “MyCare” cleaning cycle and take shuts off automatically when the cycle is complete.
