Getting Better Everyday
The needls robo agency has truly been a great find for my business. I like how the system split test a number of ad combinations with very little input from me. Customer support throughout the project has been great as well. The team appears to be dedicated to getting your questions answered and helping you launch a successful project. Week after week, month after month, I can see a steady improvement in the price per conversion. Which means more return on my investment and makes me a happy customer!

Promised the world, delivered little. I had to contact customer service for almost everything. Things constantly didn't work. They were always friendly and polite and resolved most issues but then there was always another problem. The end result was just not worth the hassle. Over $1000 spent with no decent leads to show for it. Not really sure what advantages this has over just using the facebook ad service directly.

So far I am not impressed! This company sells their services as being fast and easy to set up - nothing could be farther from the truth. I tarted the process Friday afternoon. It's now Tuesday night and the ads still aren't up and running! And this is suppose to be automated! The tech support is woefully inept - they bother you incessantly on chat and then have "broken" things that I have set up - including changing the budget and wiping one ad out completely. There is also ZERO support documentation on the site -not even an FAQ page. Don't know how something works? Too bad! Wing it and hope that it's okay and doesn't cost you too much. And heaven help you if the support staff step in because it will just get worse. It seems like a great service but far far from that. I'd be surprised if this company survives.
