In September 2021, I reached out to NewPro to replace my windows. In August 2022, I began noticing water damage at the site of the installation I assumed it was due to the storms. However, this water damage began to be more prevalent. Finally, in April 2025, I reached out to the building manager for our condos for help. She and her contractor inspected the damage and confirmed it was caused by faulty windows and poor installation done by Newpro. I immediately reached out to Newpro, informing them of what was going on and requested they replace all the windows. The building manager also reached out to Newpro on my behalf – requesting that they replace all the windows. NewPro agreed but did nothing. Finally, in July 2025, I contacted my insurance adjustor who arranged for a contractor to assess the site. The contractor confirmed the water damage and concluded we had to have extensive work done to replace all the damage done to our walls by Newpro. Not only that, but the amount of mold that was a result of their poor installation was disturbing. When I reached out to Newpro, they were flippant about this. And to make matters worse, a former employee of theirs did inspect the damage and informed me that this typical work for this company. I had to reach out multiple times and was dismissed. The most recent phone call was advising me to “go ahead and seek legal action”. It’s incredibly frustrating, because I trusted this Newpro to repair my windows. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they could care less. During this period, we suffered from ongoing health conditions that we attributed to the weather but in fact attributed to the mold caused by Newpro’s faulty installation. My electricity bill also went up – which was a result of their poor installation. And worse, they refuse to refund the cost of the repairs. If you are considering this company, please look somewhere else. This is not the company to go to.
