I don’t know about anyone else but my experience with Nominet was 100% and beyond, this experience comes directly from an awful experience I had with 123-REG, Nominet replies mostly within a 24-hour period occasionally 48 hours and sometimes within a few hours which is all acceptable. Nominet being more of a legal entity have more loopholes to jump through but still do all this in a professional manner and within a timed schedule so you know where you stand. I rate Nominet as an organisation.
