My home internet stopped working and Nowo did nothing
My home internet stopped working on Monday (March 3rd) night and Tuesday (March 4th) morning called Nowo requesting assistance. It was scheduled for Wednesday March 5th, from 4PM to 7PM. Nobody came. Called right after 7PM. For my dismay, I was told that the visit was scheduled for March 6th. This morning (March 6th) got two calls from Nowo explaning that it would not get a visit because the technician was sick. Asked me for a new visit - said NO. I already have one for today, March 6th!

I canceled my internet in the end of…
I canceled my internet in the end of the May. NOWO turned off internet after less then 24h but they are still charging me every months for service I’m not using in the apartment that is not even mine anymore!!! I have never experienced anything similar in my life! If there are minus stars I would gave them those!
