A buckle of my backpack broke. Ortovox immediately sent me a replacement free of charge! Very pleased with the communication!
Amazing customer support & products
Amazing customer support I lost my strap extender, which was my own fault. I contacted the customer support, to ask if i could buy a spare part. Paul from the customer support team, offered me a new one free of charge. Unfortunately when i received the spare part the buckle was not compatible with the one on my backpack, likely due to the fact that the model i have is a bit old. I wrote back to Paul, who told me they did not have a spare part of the one i needed, but he had made me one, which is now being shipped to me! The customer support is world class, and i highly recommend getting one of their backpacks. Thanks a lot.
My chest strap clamp broke
My chest strap clamp broke, so I reached out to Ortovox. Paul swiftly answered and was delighted to help me with my problem. He asked for ny address and after a week I got the broken piece in the mail:) thanks Paul:D I will make great use of it!
Zipper Issue; replaced pack at no charge. Awesome Service!!!
I had a zipper issue (tooth came off) with the Ortovox Avvy Bag. It is not something I could job out because it is instrumental to deploying safely. It is a 'tear away zipper' which allows the bag to deploy. I asked Ortovox to repair it and I would gladly pay them for the repair. It was well over a year since I bought it but I had never deployed it except for 2x practice and 1x deploying going uphill (still don't how I did that!). Anyway, they just replaced the whole pack at no charge. Their turnaround was about a week. On top of that, they returned a power gel, keychain with a bottle opener, arming key and chapstick. These folks are awesome. I can't recommend their customer service enough.
Really great professional service
Really great professional service. Quick and efficient. Thorough email updates throughout the process and a very fair price for their highly qualited products. I needed to repair my backpack (zip) and after several days I got the new one! Usually, I am too lazy to write reviews. However, these people deserve it. Highly recommended!
