Was a bit worried to begin with as a) I hadn't heard of Overcube and b) they didn't appear to be UK based (but have UK operations). Shouldn't have worried, they were great! Free returns to Portugal (where Fly London HQ!) and a totally excellent, personal service. Their Customer Service reps are excellent and very courteous & friendly (real people!). I will, and have, use them again.

I have sent 8 messages over 3 weeks trying to get a shipping label for a return and have received no response apart from a message acknowledging one of my messages. I'm beyond frustrated and now notice that this seems to be a standard experience.

The tracking they texted me says they are still in Portugal in the warehouse?! no one is answering my emails. I will be filing a complaint with PayPal. Very disappointed. Won't buy again from here
