Terrible I have shop with them since Yonkers time and know they are a mess I bought timberland boot and they fit big and on the 14 Nov i asked for a exchange for smaller size I went to to return portol and never received a shipping lable now they state 14 days have passed and im stuck with boots that don’t fit terrible business practice don’t buy from them or it will happen to you.
