My experience with the company and with its customer support was awesome. The person on the phone was really kind and explained to me where the issue came from, so it became logical to me what the process is. I am really satisfied with the products and the services offered!

Poor communication
After placing an order at Emma Matras in the Netherlands I received a bill without information on how to pay from Emma. After two weeks I received a bill from Payolution with a notice. I sent a message through mail to payolution, but got no reply. I paid my bill and the amount initially didn’t get deducted from the total outstanding and I even received an increase of the bill for 14 euros. Later I received a notification that my payment has been processed and the outstanding amount is €0. Case closed, but still not keen on how this went.

Our customer service replied to your inquiry the day after, asking you to provide us a detailed problem description in English. No feedback was ever received after that. Bad services, scammers and liars!
Made a lot of purchases during the festive season. Unfortunately, one was with a company using this Paylution. Did not receive any invoice or probably lost my invoice while unpacking. I wasn't sure if I made the transfer immediately or misplaced the invoice because I did so many transfers during that period. I expected to get a reminder for the payment if I missed out on any, but for this particular purchase, I only received a letter with a new invoice showing an additional bill of 20€ for late payment. Tried to reach them on the phone but no available personnel to speak with. They are scammers and liars. They claimed they had reached out to me on several occasions which is a big lie. I hope never to have anything to do with companies working with paylution.
