Best foie gras possible, and very professional service.
I came across Petrossian online. I did not know the name. I decided to try their duck foie gras entier as a tester. I received a phone call the next day, to say that delivery would take a day longer than indicated, because we live on a remote island. Very professional. The foie gras arrived, immaculately packed and surrounded with ice packs. My wife is a foie gras fanatic, and declared it the best she has tasted for at least twenty years. We will become very regular customers. Very highly recommended.
