I like PetSmart
I like PetSmart. They have convenient locations and really neat stores. It’s so convenient to have a Grooming Salon and Veterinarian at the same location. I’ve use both in the past. My mom was a huge fan! Customer Service has always been very nice and professional when I visit.
Leopard Gecko
When we went to go pick up our leopard gecko they were very gentle and handled the animal very well. The employees gave us a pamphlet and they answered any questions we had and made sure we had all the stuff we needed.

Just received my order which included Joyhound® Hippo Treat Dispensing Rope Dog Toy. Gave the plastic part a quick wash with soap and rinsed off, then gave it to my dog. She started playing with it, then started to sneeze. Then sneezed again. Took it away from her. My dog doesn't usually sneeze when I give her a chew toy, so concerned about the material and/or plastic. Item #: 5362903
Pet Smart No More
I quit going to my local pet smart. I would prefer to go there but they never approach customers to see if they need any help. Ive always had to track an employee down if i needed something, its happened to me too many times. They are just not a friendly or helpful store. I believe you should love animals and be friendly with them and their owners when you work at a pet store. The two positive things I do have to say, so happy we can take our pets with us and their sales can be great.
NO to Petsmart delivery
Its not necessarily petsmart but their delivery partners. Avoid Roadie. No true respect delivered! messaged and Johnathan didn't return our texts. Problem is, in Checkout screen a shopper cannot discern how items will be delivered. We prefer store pickup or standard shipping. We ordered training pads that unpackaged in a bag at minimum, was left out in the rain basically thrown. We try to be noble and communicate, even leaving a tip for a driver working with integrity. Avoid Petsmart's door delivery. if item had gotten damaged we would have called for a refund. Even Amazon does it better. Chewy is the best for CS and ordering. Maybe one day they'll have physical stores. Once during rain, recently also, a Spark driver was courteous enough to call and make sure the delivery was received undamaged. They got a double gratuity. Can't expect practicality with Petsmart's 3rd party drivers. Petsmart overall 4.7+ but their delivery -0.1..There is way to complain on their Site but no delivery tab option. Two stars for careless delivery and disappointing experience. That item was not available for pick up.
