Never heard back from the sales department, we needed to change payment details. Terrible customer experience.
Pay for the service and get suspended w/out refund
I was using this service for years and everything was at least acceptable. But recently my account was suspended few days after payment for the next month. Calling to them are useless, no one will pick up. Writing emails got me two useless answers within 2 weeks. And twitter-person just can't or won't read what you wrote. One dumb answer after another without even attempt to understand the issue. So, yeah, pay them and lose your money. But don't trust them for monitoring of your infrastructure.
