OVERALL I would give a 3.5...
Imho 3.5.... they do have good products.... no they are not organic, but, solely plant based, & they are scent free "naturally", (up until very recently, I see that they now offer a relaxing version) but, they seem to always be releasing new products, (like a cream to powder, I'm eager to try next.) They do run alot of specials & sales.... but they do tend to be a bit expensive, especially compared to a "comparable product & size" I have tried all of their products, including their new hand sanitizer (which is nice, except the "snap top") & also havent tried the relaxing scent products, as well, yet. But overall... not a bad company to work with or products to use, I just prefer the sweet baby smell on a squeaky clean baby! But, do plan to buy certain things again or try at least. ***I'm not a fan of their very thin wipes, that rips before you can even get them out of the pack.... & they are EXPENSIVE, IMO
