The tracker unfortunately wouldn't charge after a few months of use. Customer Service was excellent. They got back to me within half an hour of my query and suggested some things to try out. When that didn't work, they sent me a new tracker with instructions how to connect the new one to the app. New tracker arrived in 2 working days. If only all Customer Service was so efficient
