This is an app SCAM
This is an app to earn credit towards your Cricket bill. Within 2 months I have received no points, even though their level requirements for the games were reached. The last occurrence was on 11/26/25 where if I reached level 20 on a water sorting game I would receive 5000 points, I did level 26, took screenshots of the requirements AND of the levels I completed, contacted customer service, and they tell me they cannot give me the points or OVERRIDE the system to try a new game. I wasted my time AND the refuse to give me my points! Pay2play is a scam and so is Cricket wireless. I told them they are dishonest and suck and deleted the app. The only thing this app does is gather information about you! BEWARE they are selling your data and information!
Total joke
They give you the run around. The customer service is a total joke. I tried it through my phone service, followed all the steps and the progress was never recorded. Contacted the chat service to request help. They took 2 DAYS to respond and when they did they didn’t read my message about what’s wrong the replied with a generic cut and paste message asking me to describe my issue and then closed the chat as not to allow as response. I thought, maybe this is a mistake so I chat again. Again no reading the actual message, again generic response, this time listing all the reasons I may be disqualified from a discount ( none applied to me) and nothing in it addressed the problem of no progress being recorded. they also requested screenshots but the feature to add attachments in the chat is deliberately disabled as not to allow me to comply with this request. I replied asking for an email to send it to and a ticket number and they keep repeating that I can reply to the email I received with an update for my ticket but I never even provided an email and have not received any. In short, it’s as if they DELIBERATELY misunderstand as to not have to help you.
