I was charged €75 for a 16-minute…
Had an issue with their app where I was charged for 6 hours of parking I didn't use. Reported the problem and after some investigation, they refunded the incorrect charge. Good customer service, but error-prone system
No invoice for companies.
They no longer provide a monthly invoice so every charge is another 'receipt' making bookkeeping with them a hassle, not worth it. When signing up we checked their FAQ which states they do supply monthly invoices, yet..they don't. Better solutions on the market.
Fraudsters have access to their data
Fraudsters have access to their data. Charging me 30 euro out of the blue and don't take accountability.
Paid for card, nothing
Paid for card, never arrived, gave up, the app doesn't show charger names at local charge point near me, so it would be a guessing game
Fraud, inside job?
I had 12 fraudulent transactions as the app was compromised on 30/8 similar to other reviews, all the same date the fraud happened but not suspicious? All were basically in different parts of the UK at very close intervals yet the company are saying it’s my fault as I didn’t notice. I have never used the app, I live in another country, never got a receipt or notification, they are refusing to provide CCTV or evidence. It seems like an inside job to me and I am over 600euro out of pocket! I am suing this company and have no other option at this point
